MAKING RESERVATIONS

We do not take any reservations over the phone, You will need to make your reservation online. Any questions prior to booking you can email at innkeeper@oldchicagoinn.com. All communication is done over email.

CancelLation policy

We require a five day notice of cancellation to avoid penalty. Cancellations made within five days of a check in date will be charged for the first night stay. A no show, no call guest will be treated as a cancellation and charged the full amount. WE DO NOT REFUND THIRD PARTY RESERVATIONS. PLEASE BOOK DIRECT whenever possible. We suggest getting travelers insurance

Check-in, CHECK-OUT

Check in is now online and self check in, you will receive a link a day before your check in date, you will fill the form out and submitted, you will then be given a check in code and can self check in with that code. Check in time is 3pm, and you will be able to check in anytime after that.

Check out time is daily at 11 AM.

We are happy to accommodate early or late arrivals when possible for a $20 fee. Please make the necessary arrangements at the time of your reservation.

CHILDREN & PETS

Children under the age of 18 are welcome. However, please understand that the Inn may not be appropriate for some younger guests as we have many antiques and are by no means "child proof." Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times when staying at the Old Chicago Inn. Well mannered, quiet dogs are welcome in certain rooms, and are considered individually. To consider your pet, we need to know the age, size, breed (we especially love shelter pets), and will need proof of current vaccinations. We ask that dogs not be left unsupervised in guest rooms unless kenneled and quiet. There is a pet fee of $25

limitations

Please understand that while we wish we could meet every need, as a small bed and breakfast in a building over 100 years old, we have limitations in our accommodations. The Old Chicago Inn does not have an elevator and is not handicap accessible. Travelers with disabilities, special dietary concerns or severe allergies should contact us to see if we are able to accommodate your specific needs or if you would be more comfortable in another facility.

maid service

The Old Chicago Inn does not provide daily maid service in rooms, if you would like daily service its a $5 charge per day.

deposit

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, the rest to be taken four days of before check in

Bag Drop off

Complimentary place to leave bags prior to check in or after check out. This information will be gathered in online registration.
